Week 4: Overview & Expectations
This week’s meditation practice will focus on cultivating self-forgiveness, compassion, equanimity, and mindfulness. We will also explore the concepts of feeling tone, the big sky practice, and the truth of our experiences. Through these practices, we aim to deepen our understanding of ourselves and our relationship with the world, fostering a sense of peace and healing.
