  • Maturing Sobriety: This principle becomes more about choosing a wiser way of living as our lives gradually get better.
  • Mature Sobriety: This principle evolves into a motivation to live our best lives. A life free of drugs, alcohol and self-harm. Renunciation is no longer about ‘giving anything up’, but instead about ‘choosing to live our best lives’.
