JACK KORNFIELD
Trained as a Buddhist monk in the forests of Thailand, Jack has taught meditation internationally since 1974 and is one of the key teachers to introduce Buddhist mindfulness practices to the West.

by Thich Nhat Hanh
Thich Nhat Hanh was a world renowned Zen Buddhist monk with more than 100 books published to his name. The Miracle of Mindfulness remains one of his best known works, and it consider by many as the ideal starting place to learn more from this well known Zen master.
