The Practice: The Seven Guiding Principles of Recovery Dharma

How To Use This Guide

WHAT IS THE PRACTICE?

The Practice lies at the heart of the Recovery Dharma program and is the essence of what it means to work the Recovery Dharma program. The Practice is what defines the structure of Recovery Dharma as a Buddhist-inspired program of recovery. It is seven Buddhist-inspired guiding principles that outline how members of our program approach their path to recovery. For those who may be more familiar with 12-Step recovery programs, The Practice is to Recovery Dharma, what the 12 Steps are to 12-Step recovery programs.
