Course Description
Beyond Craving: 30 Sits in 30 Days is our introductory guided-meditation course. A 30-day guided meditation course specifically structured and intended to assist individuals in recovery from addiction to drugs, alcohol or harmful behaviors. During our Beyond Craving: 30 Sits In 30 Days course participants will be walked through all of the recommended guided meditations as outlined in the Recovery Dharma workbook. A wonderful course for those new to meditation, new to a Buddhist approach to meditation, or just new to recovery and sober living.

- Specifically structured and intended for individuals in recovery from addiction to drugs, alcohol or harmful behaviors.
- A course of 30 guided meditations over 30 Days.
- Insight meditation practices (14 guided meditations).
- Over 7-Hours of guided meditations.
- Heart practice meditations (16 guided meditations).
- Be guided through all the recommended meditations as found in the Recovery Dharma workbook.
